Shipping in the United States is via UPS, insured. Charges are UPS rates plus $3.00 packing and handling for orders totaling under $200, $4.00 for orders totaling $201 or more.

Parcels under 20 pounds can be sent via US Media Mail to reduce shipping costs. One book (our choice) will be included with all orders of more than 12 books to further reduce shipping costs.

Canada: books are sent to Canada via U.S. Mail

Quite easy. We ask that first order be paid in advance but thereafter we will bill you at Net 30 days. Payment can be made by credit card, cash or by money order or certified check.
